About the Project

The Second World War, 1939 - 1945, Roll of Honour

For WW1 we were able to use the Roll of Honour from St Peter the Fisherman Church. However, for WW2 there is not a similar resource available. We have compiled a Roll of Honour in consultation with members of the community.

The following names have been listed and we would be pleased to hear from anyone who has more accurate or additional information about those living in Craster during the war who were in the services at the time. At this stage, the list does not seek to include those who fought in the war and later moved to Craster.
